Food waste often starts with stale cereal, clumped sugar, faded herbs, and pantry jars that quietly drift away from the conditions their contents want. Essentia turns the jars you already trust into controlled storage.

Condition-aware exchange
Essentia only acts when the surrounding air can move the jar toward the selected target.

Smarter than a sealed lid
It knows when outside air would help and when it would make things worse.
Set a target RH, then let Essentia compare the jar's condition with the room. If the jar is at 75% RH and the room is at 80% RH, the cap stays closed because an exchange would raise humidity instead of lowering it.
