How Essentia handles preorder, shipping, and support information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you request shipping rates, place a founder pre-order, or contact support. This may include your name, email address, shipping address, country, postal code, order number, selected shipping option, support message, and checkout metadata.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. Essentia does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe may collect payment details, billing details, fraud-prevention signals, and other information needed to process your payment under Stripe's own policies.

Shipping Information

Shipping quotes are calculated through Easyship. To calculate rates, we send Easyship the destination address, package profile, product description, product value, selected duties/taxes mode, and related shipment details. Easyship and selected carriers may use that information to quote, validate, and later fulfill shipments.

Support Information

If you use the support form or email support directly, we use your message and contact information to respond, troubleshoot checkout or shipping issues, and evaluate defective-product claims.

Hosting and Security

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, request logs, and security signals to deliver the website, protect it from abuse, and provide diagnostics.

How We Use Information

• To calculate shipping and duties/taxes options.
• To create Stripe Checkout sessions and process founder pre-orders.

How We Share Information

Retention

We keep preorder, shipping, and support records for as long as needed to provide the product, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.

Your Choices

You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or fulfillment reasons.

Children

Essentia is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Users
