Quotes use the pre-production package profile: 6 x 6 x 4 in outer box and 1.1 lb packed weight for one unit. Lithium battery shipping rules still need final carrier validation before global launch.

Pre-order return policy

Founder pre-orders are final and are not returnable or refundable unless the delivered unit is defective, damaged on arrival, or materially different from the item ordered. Defective-product claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with the order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

The funding target is not a vague goal.

The founding meter is set to $185,900, which equals 1,100 founder units at $169 each.
