Founder pre-order terms for Essentia.

Pre-Production Product

Essentia is offered as a founder pre-order for a product that is still moving toward production. Images, estimated specifications, battery-life estimates, packaging dimensions, shipping availability, delivery timing, and final features may change as engineering, sourcing, compliance, and manufacturing are finalized.

No Medical or Preservation Guarantee

Essentia is not a medical device and is not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Storage results depend on the product stored, initial moisture content, local climate, jar condition, user settings, and other factors. Legal flower references apply only where local law permits possession and storage.

Pricing and Payment

Founder pricing is offered below planned MSRP to help fund tooling, first-run components, manufacturing, QA, freight reserves, and packaging. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. A pre-order is not accepted until checkout is completed and payment is authorized or captured by Stripe.

Shipping, Duties, and Address Accuracy

Shipping quotes are calculated through Easyship using the address and duties/taxes option you provide. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs review, carrier restrictions, lithium-battery rules, or local import limits. Some countries or carriers may become unavailable before fulfillment.

No-Return Policy Unless Defective

Founder pre-orders are final and are not returnable or refundable unless the delivered unit is defective, damaged on arrival, or materially different from the item ordered. Defective-product claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with the order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Defective Claims

To request review of a defective item, contact faytsignup@gmail.com or use the Support page. Do not discard packaging or the product until the claim is reviewed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with checkout or shipping systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use Essentia in violation of applicable law. You are responsible for complying with food-safety guidance, local storage rules, and any laws that apply to the contents placed in a jar.

Intellectual Property

The Essentia name, site content, product designs, images, interface copy, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the Essentia business and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Essentia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by improper use, prohibited contents, inaccurate addresses, customs delays, carrier restrictions, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and preorder process develop. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
